C18665 copper-magnesium alloy has good electrical conductivity and strength, excellent stress relaxation resistance, excellent stress corrosion cracking resistance, and excellent fatigue properties. It can be processed by reflow tin plating and has excellent surface quality and anti-whisker performance. Its use has attracted much attention and can be used for high-voltage terminals (electric vehicles and plug-in hybrid vehicles), relays (movable parts), contact spring materials, busbars, circuit breakers, battery terminals, fuse terminals, compact switches, conductive parts in lithium-ion batteries, junction boxes and relay boxes. |
